1. Who we are

asaVasa (“asaVasa,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Dalcenori Enterprises, LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of asavasa.com, the arena, the Gym and everything else we offer (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old to compete, buy anything or claim an Asa. Watching as a fan is open to anyone 13 or older. If you use the Service for a business or group, you confirm you have authority to agree to these Terms for it.

3. Your Asa

Your Asa is your fight name. Claiming one reserves it for you, but it doesn’t transfer ownership of the name. Don’t impersonate real people or brands, and don’t pick names that are hateful, sexual or misleading. We may reclaim or rename an Asa that breaks these rules or sits unused for a long time.

Gym passes and match links work like keys. Anyone holding your link can use it, so keep your links private. We aren’t responsible for use of a link you shared.

4. House rules

Talking trash is part of the game. Verbal abuse isn’t. You agree not to post discriminatory comments, threats, harassment, sexual content, other people’s private information, spam or links to harmful material, and not to cheat, use bots to play for you or interfere with the Service.

The official rulebook applies to every match. Non-contextual profanity is a foul and three fouls is a disqualification. Discriminatory comments can mean a ban from the league. We may remove content, pull signs, disqualify, suspend or ban anyone who breaks these rules, and we may do so without refunding purchases connected to the violation.

5. Judging and results

Matches are scored by the rules in the official rulebook, by human judges, AI judges or both. Judges, human or AI, can make mistakes, and like referees their calls are part of the game. The head judge may change a call during a match. Appeals go to the asaVasa committee, and committee rulings are final. Records, rankings, Smack Levels and titles are for recognition and bragging rights. They have no cash value.

6. No wagering or cash prizes

The Service does not offer cash prizes, prize pools, betting or gambling. Purchases buy training, entertainment and crowd features, not a chance to win money. If we ever add prizes, separate official rules will apply.

7. Purchases

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and asaVasa never receives your full card number.

Gym sessions ($5 each) are added to your Gym pass and used one per spar. Unused sessions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase by emailing us. Used sessions are not refundable.

Gym membership ($9.99 per month) renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime with the Manage or cancel button on the Gym page. Cancelling stops future charges, and your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t give partial refunds for unused time.

Crowd signs and banners ($1 and $5) are for one match and are not refundable, except when we remove a sign by mistake or the match is cancelled before it starts. Signs removed for breaking the house rules are not refunded.

We may change prices going forward. A change to the membership price applies from your next billing period, and we’ll give notice first.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post: your messages, signs, Asa name and anything else you submit (“Your Content”). You give asaVasa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, archive, reproduce, adapt and distribute Your Content in connection with the Service and its promotion. That includes showing matches live, keeping transcripts and scorecards, featuring them in the film room, and using highlights (such as an Asa of the Match) in recaps, newsletters and marketing. This license continues for content already published in a match after you stop using the Service, because matches belong to both fighters and the crowd.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit. If music uploads are offered, you may upload only music you created or have the right to have played publicly in the arena.

9. Our content

The asaVasa name, logo, rulebook, strategy guide, move names, design, music and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Service for personal play and watching. You may not copy, resell or reuse it to build a competing service. Sharing scorecard links and short clips of matches you took part in or watched is welcome.

10. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence, including AI judges, the AI sparring partner and trainer notes. AI output can be wrong, inconsistent or unexpected. It is provided for entertainment and training, not as professional advice. Messages are sent to our AI provider to produce these features, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] or PO Box 21, Alburtis, PA 18011 with: your contact information, the work you believe is infringed, the material you want removed and where it appears, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing material and end the accounts of repeat infringers.

12. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or end any part of the Service. We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we’ll post it on the site and update the effective date. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that judging will be perfect.

14. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, asaVasa and Dalcenori Enterprises, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.

15. Your responsibility

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from Your Content or your breaking these Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

17. The rest

If part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver. These Terms, the official rulebook and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
